This course covers the basics of personal protection and responding to calls in a hostile environment. The text "When Violence Erupts" is utilized along with hands-on practice and audio visuals. This two part (Basic and Advanced) course in 16 hours program may prove to be the most valuable training to all emergency responders at all levels.
